Stewart Steel Specialties
has been a supplier of exterior stainless steel panels for the Kelvinator
Ice Cream Cabinet line (2SF, 4DF, 6DF, 8DF) for over 40 years. We installed
the panels for Kelvinator directly back in the days when they were still a
local company (Detroit). We currently offer stainless panels to Kelvinator
Distributors as a custom
kit.
The panels are quick and easy to install (approx. 30 minutes for a
typical installation) at your warehouse and they ship UPS. We supply instructions and will be happy to give phone or Email support to guide
you through your first time. There is an
installation page with photos on this website as well.
A major advantage with our panel kits is the 3 week delivery lead
time. Try getting that kind of service from the factory !
The cost per kit is competitive with an
original factory installation
(see price list) and
additional quantity discounts are offered.
We offer stainless
steel panel kits to cover
the front, front & 1 side, front & 2 sides, or all around for the Kelvinator
4DF, 2SF, 6DF, & 8DF cabinets. All kits come with a
stainless grille, corners, a bracket
to relocate the temperature control, and all hardware required for
installation.
